Refund policy

At Rare Bloom, every box is packed with care. We stand behind the quality of our Himalayan Sidr Honey Sachets and want you to feel confident in every order. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund and replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • Your order arrived damaged or with a defective sachet
  • A sachet leaked during transit
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order did not arrive within the stated delivery window

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to process refund claims.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Taste preferences — honey is a natural product and flavour profiles may vary slightly between harvests
  • Partially used boxes

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact us at inforarebloom@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the damaged or defective product if applicable

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Subscription Orders

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled renewal date. Refunds are not available for subscription boxes that have already been dispatched. To cancel your subscription, log into your account or contact us at inforarebloom@gmail.com.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer product exchanges. If your order is eligible for a refund, we will process it to your original payment method. You are welcome to place a new order at any time.
