About Rare Bloom

Rare Bloom is a specialty honey brand offering single-origin, raw and unfiltered honey sourced from the Himalayan foothills of Pakistan. Our products are sold directly to consumers in the United States through our online store.

Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments. Payment is collected in full at the time of order. Subscription orders are billed automatically on your chosen renewal schedule.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect subscription orders that have already been processed.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders are billed automatically at your chosen frequency. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date by logging into your account or contacting us at inforarebloom@gmail.com. Cancellations requested after a renewal has been processed cannot be refunded for that billing cycle.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Product Information

Our honey is a natural product. Colour, consistency, and flavour may vary slightly between harvests. Crystallisation is a natural property of raw honey and does not indicate spoilage. Gently warming the sachet in warm water will restore it to a liquid state.

Rare Bloom honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any health-related claims made by customers in reviews represent their personal experience and are not a guarantee of results.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Rare Bloom website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Rare Bloom and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rare Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
