We want your Rare Bloom order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. We plan to expand shipping destinations in the future.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders, no minimum required. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier disruptions beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at inforarebloom@gmail.com.
Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically on your chosen renewal schedule. You will receive the same shipping confirmation and tracking information for every renewal. Subscription delivery dates may shift slightly depending on your billing cycle and processing time.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at inforarebloom@gmail.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Rare Bloom is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
